Dianne is a specialist family barrister undertaking all aspects of family finance and cohabitation work. She is also a family arbitrator with CIArb.

Dianne deals with the consequences of marriage breakdown, pre-nuptial settlements, divorce and the breakdown of cohabitation relationships. Cases frequently involve matters of financial and procedural complexity concerning substantial assets, trusts, companies and high net worth individuals. In addition, Dianne handles applications pursuant to Children Act 1989, Schedule 1 and with respect to professional negligence matters arising from financial settlements within matrimonial proceedings.
