Dianne is a specialist family barrister undertaking all aspects of public law cases. She is also a family arbitrator with CIArb.

Dianne is regularly instructed in cases involving child abduction and relocation as well as claims following a foreign marriage or divorce, international adoption (within the context of both private law and public law proceedings) and forced marriage and surrogacy cases. She is also an expert in cases involving NAI, sexual abuse, factitious illness and infant death. She appears on behalf of local authorities, parents and guardians.

    Dianne enjoyed a successful career in teaching before achieving a First Class Honours Degree in Law in 1991 and accepting an invitation to join Chambers in October 1993.
