Natasha is instructed to represent major financial institutions, businesses and consumers. She successfully defended one of the UK’s largest financial services organisations at trial against claims of duress and mistake in circumstances where it had admitted the type of product concerned had been mis-sold on a significant scale. Natasha has a sound understanding of financial regulation and consumer protection and produced a dissertation on her LLM entitled “The new enforcement approach to financial regulation in the UK: Fully functioning or defective?”.
