Care cases form the bulk of Julia’s practice. She is instructed regularly on behalf of parents, Guardians and Local Authorities, as well as by intervenors/other family members. She has experience of a wide range of cases dealing with various issues, including non-accidental injuries, sexual abuse, neglect and addiction. She has appeared in all levels of court up to and including the Court of Appeal.
