Robert represented the claimant in this claim for dental negligence arising out of a failure to treat periodontal disease. Again there was a high value future implant claim, but with the added complexity of dealing with an uninsured defendant. The claimant advanced a causation case placing the bulk of liability on the insured defendant and was able to obtain a good settlement.
